Bisnis, JAKARTA — PT Bank BTPN Tbk. (BTPN) unveiled that funds raised through a rights issue in the first quarter of 2024 will be partially utilized by the company to acquire PT Summit Oto Finance. According to information released on Monday (11/12/2023), BTPN will offer 3,09 billion shares with a nominal value of IDR20 per share.
