Bisnis, JAKARTA — Japfa Ltd., the parent company of poultry producer PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA), has announced plans to delist from the Singapore Exchange (SGX). The plan took a more concrete turn with a share purchase offer made by companies owned by members of Japfa’s founding family.
According to an official announcement by Japfa, a special-purpose entity owned by Renaldo Santosa and Gabriella Santosa, along with another company owned by Anastasia Kolonas, is offering to acquire 18.33 percent of Japfa Ltd.’s public shares at a price of SGD 0.62 per share.
