Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA) and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia or BSI (BRIS) are head to head in terms of earnings performance in Q1, but several details set the two banks apart. BNGA reported a net profit of IDR 1.80 trillion, growing 7.37% year-on-year (YoY). Meanwhile, BRIS booked a net profit of IDR 1.87 trillion, an increase of 10.05% YoY.
According to its financial report, BNGA recorded total assets of IDR 370.99 trillion in Q1 2025, up 2.99% from the end of 2024. This asset growth was driven by a 4.39% YoY increase in equity to IDR 55.32 trillion.
